Conditions for a Refund: You are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) from the exact time of your purchase, subject to the following criteria:
Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted strictly within 7 days of the purchase date.
Course Progress: To prevent abuse of our policy, refunds are only available if you have consumed less than 20% of the total course content and have not downloaded the accompanying project files or premium source assets.
Account Status: Accounts that have been suspended or banned due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing or unauthorized content distribution) are strictly ineligible for refunds.
Limitation: The 7-day refund guarantee can only be claimed once per user.
